Tinjir Red Wine
Ron Red
Tinjir Red, or Ron Red, is a wine produced in the city of Midland in the Lhakamed region of Tinjir, on the major continent of Ethae. The wine is known for its smooth, sweet taste, excellent for dining. It is a common tavern drink throughout Tinjir. Rarer and more expensive outside the region, many higher end port town inns try to keep a bottle or two on hand for those with deep pockets. It has only become rarer and more costly in the years following the Orc invasion of Toemanshire and the wines source being cut off during the years of occupation.
The wine is credited for saving the human town of Midland from looting and destruction when the orcs invaded Toemanshire. The winemakers tributed their supplies to the invaders. This led to the orcs largely leaving the town to its own rule as long as the wine flowed. With the invaders defeated, new bottle are finding their ways onto merchant ships, spreading the supply once more.
