Utica is the daughter of Sargos former king of Nugator before his death at the hands of an Orc ambush. She was crowned queen in 6879sc, on her 13th birthing day, and has proven a strong leader despite her age. Her first acts were reforming her father's government that was forced on expanding trade, returning to the martial traditions of the nation.

In the years since her crowning, Utica has waged a relentless war with the orc of the Scaro Wilds, having vowed to avenge her father and drive every orc into the sea. Despite protests for her safety, she leads her forces on the frontline fearlessly. This, along with her martial skills at such a young age, has made her something of a living legend in Tinjir. The Nugata people rally behind her and her war. The Immortal Legion, Nugator's traditional standing army has shifted their vows of protecting their nations, to protecting their queen and nation, becoming a personal bodyguard for Utica.
