The Circumference
AKA the Mueller Device
The Circumference is a bioengineering platform designed by Milo Rambaldi. It is used to manufacture large quantities of viruses or complex organic compounds.
The first Circumference was built by Oskar Mueller as a small prototype. That device was stolen by FTL and later by Sydney Bristow and given to Arvin Sloane at SD-6.
The second Circumference was built in Taipei, Taiwan by "The Man" a.k.a. Irina Derevko and her organization. It was being used to manufacture Virus Mark I and was destroyed by Sydney Bristow and Michael Vaughn.
