Russ and Anne Jordan discover the derelict Malanuhm ship. There the two explorers would have entered the egg chamber leading up to Russ being implanted by a Facehugger. Russ Jordan is rushed back to the colony were he is placed in sickbay.

After 24 hours, the chestburster violently emerges from Russ Jordan, killing him in the process in front of his Wife, Anne and his two children, Tim and Rebecca. The chestburster escapes into a nearby air vent to avoid further detection.

Later additional colonists seek out the derelict craft only to be infested as well. These colonists soon succumb to the chestburster's birth.

10 Xenomorph Drones establish a nest inside processor 1 before overtaking the colony's inhabitance.

Setsunde is sent to the arid world Aveda, she begins to hunt a squad of colony marines before stumbling upon the weyland-yutani outpost Area 52. There she discovered the humans experimenting with the xenomorphs, Setsunde along with her hunting party are forced to fight a xenoborg, a predalien queen and several modified predaliens

The yautja tracked down the infected saboteur to the penal world Fury 161. There the yautja arrived to a buddying xenomorph infestation.

The lush world of BG-386 is discovered by the Weyland-Yutani Corporation. Surveyors take interest in the ancient alien ruins.

Weyland-Yutani quickly builds a Xenomorph Research outpost on BG-386. The corporate scientists with their synthetic bodyguards recover several specimens for future study.

The ancient temples are properly surveyed and studied by xenoarcheologists. The former inhabitance are identified as Yautja by the Yutani Branch lead scientist Ryo Kazama.

The USS Tyrargo arrives at Lv-426 to send a squad of marines to reinforce the research outpost on the planetoid as intel reports UPP activity in the sector. Months after establishing a base on Acheron, the colonial marines are suddenly ambushed by pack of xenomorphs, sole survivor Cpl. Anderson was taken to the last surviving fragmented corridor of the derelict to be impregnated by a facehugger. After carefully escaping the xemomorph nest, he reaches the colony to send a distress signal. Dropships failed to arrive for Anderson so he had to retreat to power plant at the colony's center, he removes the coolant to the reactors causing the facility to self destruct while he retreated on a dropship to the Weyland Yutani research station, Odobenus in orbit.   However the facility was overrun and the corporate xenomorphs were programmed to kill anything that moved. Later Anderson came across a hunting party of yautja before escaping with his life back to the USS Tyrargo.   Unfortunately Anderson discovers too late why the Tyrargo didn't respond to his distress signal as the ship has been infested since the time he was knocked out. Later he fought with a xenomorph queen, he barely was able to have it sucked out of the ship's drop bay. Unfortunately for Anderson is victory was short lived when a queen chestburster rips out of his sternum.

The Junket discovers the missing Ferarco, the crew investigated the ship and discovered the crew was mysteriously absent. They found destroyed synthetics and bullet holes dotting the ship’s interior but no crew on the main decks of the ship. Then Junket crew discovered a cache of alien eggs in the cargo hold, unbeknownst to them this was the remains of the Ferarco’s crew. The lone xenomorph attacks the Junket crew, the pilot escapes back to the Junket. The xenomorph secretly follows him as they both board the Junket. On his way back to earth, the pilot is attacked by the xenomorph and is implanted by a royal facehugger.

Dr. Orona warns the Benedict that Earth is infested with the xenomorphs and Australia is currently in quarantine. The Benedict returns anyway, with the Mala'kak Juggernaut trailing them.

The Benedict returns to Earth. The remainder of the Benedicts crew send down a heavy dropship to Australia. After being debriefed on the situation the crew is informed on the mass exodus. After a brief tussle to escape the blue planet, Hicks, Newt and Mitchell escape on an unmanned cargo vessel.

A week later the Cargo Crawler reached the Nightmare Asylum, oversaw by General Spears. He was performing psychological experiments on the Xenomorph Empress, by killing her spawn if they didn’t obey his command. Later there was a cou de te and general spears quickly abandoned the station along with the empresses and her warriors. Once on Earth, General Spears is betrayed by the Empress, Spears kills her warriors but is impaled by the Empress in retaliation he burns her along with himself.

The Weyland Yutani Corporation first sends in synthetics into the hive. They discover the hive is dormant. Although there is a lack of xenomorph activity, traces of active xenomorphs are discovered.

Expedition One, Researcher Weller is attacked and killed by a xenomorph due to straying close to the hive. However outside of this incident the xenomorphs continue to ignore the science team.

A Yautja weapon is discovered in the Mala'kak ruins. Its carbon dated to being less than a decade old by McCollouch. McCollouch again request to withdraw to a safe distance from the Hive and Ruins, but again is overruled by Dr. Eisenberg.

Eisenberg begins to take precautions by ordering radio traffic to be kept at a bare minimum and camouflaging the post. The researches hypothesized the evidence of Yautja technology must mean the Yautja hunt on Lv-1201 frequently.

Expedition One attempts to make a trek to Forward Observation Post 3. They retreat at the deaths of Researcher Adam and Green.

Dr. Eisenberg lies about their dwindling food supply to keep morale up.

After having lost contact with the POC three months prior. The Weyland Yutani corporation sends a rescue team to the Lv-1201 in hopes of rescuing the survivors. After arriving at Forward Observation Post 4, the rescue team find only Dr. Eisenberg alive. It is reported he was forced to eat the other researchers in order to survive. Soon the rescue team are attacked by xenomorphs however the few surviving members managed to extract Eisenberg from the planet; abandoning the post completely.

Dr. Eisenberg suffered mental anguish and scarring in the attack that never fully heals. He suffers visual hallucination, paranoia, obsession with the xenomorphs, and flashbacks years afterwards. Eisenberg's recovery hinges on a extreme medical procedure pioneered by his family by extracting his brain and placed into a synthetic body.

The abandoned correctional facility is reclaimed by the Weyland-Yutani Security Division and the Weyland-Yutani Black-OP division, the Wraiths.

The colonist of Lv-642 discover a ancient engineer city beneath the planet surface

Major Dunya successfully delivers the Zeta Artifact to her superior General Vassili Rykov, however circumstances from within the Zeta region awakened the Ancient Yautja from his stasis. The Ancient followed Dunya back to the Forward Observation Pods. The creature infiltrated the pods to retrieve the artifact and then made its way to send a signal to its kind from the adjacent star cluster, although successful, the Ancient yautja dies from birthing a chestburster

After reaching fully maturity, a xenomorph drone began attacking the security and trustee inmates; killing some while cocooning others.

A Yautja clanship intercept the Ancient's signal before arriving to the ancient hunting planet. A young blood yautja ends up self destructing himself after unsuccessful attempt to hunt a single xenomorph drone. Dr. Eisenberg remotely cuts off the POC's transmission from fully reaching the FOP

A bad blood clan of yautja attack a research center on Nekket. Kidnapping head researcher Jun Kazama and severely injuring her daughter Asuka.
