Wobu , The Whimsical
Most of the townsfolk in Quel consider him crazy and unreliable. He lives in a mound of overgrown weeds and dirt that once was a tower. It seems to have sunk into the ground so only the top floor is visible from the street. There is a entrance near the mound that magiclly will bring the visitor to the front door deep down in the ground.
Wobu speaks sporadically and in the 3rd person. Often muttering to himself and speaking in riddles and oddities. Has a small tuft of white chin hair.
Has a crystalline staff he carries with him all the time. Dresses in worn clothes.
Has many familiars. He has perfected the art of multiple familiars his favorite is a Cat/Familiar named "Chebess"
His other Familiars are named Nix, Sir Butterball Von Stinkycheeks III, Earl, Daphnie and Willny.
