Eliora is a rather young Sea Elf artificer and wealthy lord of Blackstone. They have green and blue tinted skin and smooth features. They often wear a leather coat and jacket that contains their tools of the trade and often have slightly messy and dirty features like grime and oil from their work engineering and designing.
Eliora found their wealth at a rather young age after being half of the team to design and create Skyhooks which they revealed they sold to local toy and game manufacturers in Blackstone and (something they become nervous about often) rejected an offer from Xan Prayerkeep to create and sell them.
Eliora has a deep charm and boyish nature to them as well as a deep love of games and 'wagers' as he calls them and is now looking out for interesting and experimental concepts and businesses to invest their vast fortune in.
