Krýonistia

Krýonistia is the largest non-continential provence of Provecta as well as the northernmost. It's most populous city, capital and seat of provincial government is Themelio.
With the average temperature being well below -40°C, Krýonistia is largely barren and desolate. It's cities function largely as scientific or military bases. Nearly two thirds of the province are recognized Shougwae reservations.
The Krýonisí Custodis, which is comprised of two High Praeticators, currently Lefteris Terzel and Alexandra Petrou, and a representative for the Provectan Armed Forces, Deliverance Edmundson.
