Sirocco

Since when I search the Earth (sad Earth!) in vain to win Once more her wondrous voice, Which led me forth to doom and left me blind, Bereft of flocks and kin And homely joys, Of wife and children's love and to behold the skies. The red blast of the desert wind Hath seared mine eyes.
--The Desert Wind, by Wilfrid Scawen Blunt     Born of the Winter Chieftain and the Sovereign of Flame, Sirocco is the hot desert wind itself. She has the fury of Vindur and the creative spark of Sin. Sirocco embodies the Winds of Change, transformation, an end to apathy and stirring of the heart. Fiery and passionate, she is a patron of poets, artists, musicians, dancers, lovers, and warriors. Duels of honor, acts of the heart, the raw emotions of life, all these and more she kindles.

Tenets of Faith

  • Act in accordance with your heart
  • Follow the winds of your passions
  • Love fiercely and deeply--people, places, skills, art.
  • Love is worth fighting for.

Holidays

Sirocco's holy day is celebrated on the 75th day of the year, halfway through Xaloc, the month sanctified to her. Though it is celebrated differently around the world, it's often a festival of art, romance, and duels.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Sirocco is a shapeshifter, like all the Elemental Titans, but often appears as a Dunerider woman with powerful, graceful muscles and fiery eyes. Her "natural" form, if she can be said to have one, is a roiling fiery wind with a vaguely humanoid, femme, outline.

Mental characteristics

Gender Identity

Sirocco usually presents as female, though like all Elemental Titans she can assume any guise she chooses and is ultimately genderfluid.

Sexuality

Sirocco is a passionate lover, but her love is not restricted to physical, romantic, or erotic love. She loves her friends, the arts, nations she protects (such as the Duneriders) and even her fellow Elemental Titans and the Elemental Sovereigns

Morality & Philosophy

Love is the chief value of Sirocco, but this means passion for life and self-expression. She teaches that following inspiration to its ends will make your life richer, even if the inspiration itself fades away. Where Sin is a patron of civilization and invention, Sirocco fosters art, creativity, passion and enthusiasm.
