Felicity is a moon of Hestia rich in ice and other volatiles. The colony is prospected for its ice and Mithral by several operators at such sites as  Winklehock Station or Senna's Pride. Most of the smaller colonies here are connected via underground tram. Here, the ice is transported across the Hestia rings and beyond, given the difficulty and prohibitive cost of transporting liquid or even frozen water from the inner worlds. One popular visitor here is the ice trawler Rhea's Light.
