Matriarch Ellira is the leader of the village of Charina Fali in the Willowsloughs region of Nufano. She is known as a fair, if sometimes absent-minded leader. Unlike many other Matriarchs, who are explorers and scientists, much of Ellira's days are spent in the company of druids and bards, and she leaves the task of moderating technology to the Valekeepers. She is marked as a target to approach by the growing Swords of Rava movement.
