Kingdom of Ter'ummah

Like most of the inner Undersea Kingdoms, Ter'ummah's population is comprised to varying degrees of sea elves, tritons, merfolk, kuo-toa, sahuagin, locathah and occasional other intelligent aquatic races - including intelligent animals.
Ter’ummah is one of the oldest known undersea kingdoms, second only to Yesren off the coast of Alousia. Envoys from both Ter-ummah and Yesren first appear in Tanatran and Cernoan court records as far back as c. 11500 B.C.
Ter’ummah maintains above-water towns on several large islands at the mouth of the Sea of Indras, used mainly as trading posts for the many ships needing port before continuing north.
