The Old Gods

The first gods, invited to this world by the sister moons Hinshira, Tiwaz, and ringed Matija to guide and protect the life the Sisters had created.

The Old Gods are those first worshipped by the indigenous peoples of Anathra: first treants, then the yesreni - giants and their offshoots, dwarves, gnomes, and giant-kin. Originally there were other gods, but many of the old gods died over time through the loss of worshippers. Only a dozen remain. All of them are still commonly worshipped around the world. Their worship has spread to every people.
