Circle of the Rising Pine
The Circle of the Rising Pine is the only known druidic circle within Halgen's territory, operating out of Avernus and in The Northwood . The circle is the other face to Avernus' logging industry, and serves to protect the natural landscape by replanting and expediting the growth of the flora removed by the loggers, as well as enticing the native fauna to return.
Currently there are just over a handful of members of the circle, headed by a woman named Karliah who has never been seen by anyone but the members of her circle. The Archdruid (by title alone) is said to be the most beautifully natural thing ever to be witnessed, and adventurer's from Halgen have often made expeditions into the Northwood to attempt to find her - though none have been successful.
Members of the Circle can be found wearing a golden pinecone broach to clasp shut their cloaks, which are said to possess the ability to protect from the elements - though no testing has ever been done to prove this. It is also said that these cloaks are used as identifying marks for the various fauna of the northwood - a sort of signal of friendship.

One party member, Scaldris Fye , is a current member of the Circle.
