The Sailor
Large and muscular, with bronze, weathered skin, the God who became known as The Sailor was the most temperamental of all of the Gods. The Sailor appears as a 20-meter-tall, genderless humanoid.
The Sailor and the God known as The Lover have been a romantic couple since before the Age of Destruction. The Sailor is given to fits of jealousy and it is said that their mood affects the sea.
One of the duties that the Sailor has taken upon themselves is the ferrying of souls from the Inner Planes through the Astral Sea to either the The Blessed Fields, the The Celestial Mount, or to the The Hallowed Wilds. Not every soul is ferried by the Sailor themself, but many of the Sailor's followers take up this duty in the afterlife. When the Sailor themself ferries a soul, it is an immense honor, reserved for those who have done great deeds or who lived exemplary lives.
When not transporting souls in this way, the Sailor busies themself by searching the farthest reaches of the Astral Sea, hoping to find a way to the The Far Planes and find Suul and Luun once more.

The Chruch Of The Raging Tempest is the main religious organization devoted to worship of the Sailor. Members of the Church wear robes of blue and gray, with silver fastenings. The silver is in deference to the Primordial Luun, for it is the stars of the night sky that allow for navigation on the open seas. Initiates to the church are called, "Swabs," priests are given the title of, "Mariner," and senior members are known as, "Windjammers." Paladins of the Sailor are called, "Storms." Many sailors are superstitious more than they are religious, but most believe that offering prayers to the Sailor is essential before beginning a sea voyage. Many ships have a small shrine to the Sailor on board, and will often have a cleric of the Sailor as well to provide guidance and comfort to the crew. Members of the Church of the Raging Tempest can often secure discounts for room and board for themselves and their companions at most Inns and Taverns. The typical blessing for followers of the Sailor is, "Fair winds and following seas."Temples
Temples to the Sailor operate Lighthouses, and so are mostly found in coastal regions, though some do exist inland. Inland temples of the Sailor still operate Lighthouses that double as Inns. Many Inns and taverns, while not directly run by the Church of the Raging Tempest, will often have small shrines where travelers can pray to the Sailor for guidance and safety on their journey. Inns and welcoming homes will often have the sign of the Sailor, an eight-pointed compass, inscribed upon their door. Travelers know that they can find shelter whenever they see that symbol.Dogma
The Commandments of The Sailor are as follows:- Show respect for the Sea, for it is fickle and dangerous.
- Let the Raging Storm cleanse and purify you.
- Make welcome those who travel, and be a good guest.
