Phoebe

Phoebe is a so-far undiscovered inhabited planet in the Nyx System. It is home to a massive level 5 human population that has not yet conquered space travel.
Dotted across the land are various abandoned cities called Old Towns - their origins are unknown, often under the control of the various government that occupies the land as mysterious things often happen in the Old Towns such as vanishings and mysterious deaths.

Geography

With an even gravity of 1, Phoebe is very ranged in it's spread of both mountains, seas, and plains. Also a key note is the evidence of a massive collision with something some million years ago, setting Phoebe on it's axis initiating extreme cases of the otherwise rare phenomena of seasons with a constant below zero temperate range in both the north and south axis poles. Phoebe is also notable for being a world with an even fifty fifty split of water to land.
Scientists in the greater galaxy are aware of the existence of the Nyx System, but as it was so named for it's general isolation from other stars and systems, many discount the system as one in many not requiring a second look. However, technically speaking Phoebe is a moon orbiting the brown dwarf Zaylle, and as such the mass of Zaylle protects Phoebe from detection with initial scans. Technically speaking the greater galactic community didn't even bother to designate Nyx with a name, known as RI 233456454.3455 Catauris B, combining the offical astrological survey's own catalogue with the constellation it is part of from ///Actyebahn-Kastelerian mythology.
