Alister Evenhell
Alister Maxwell Evenhell (a.k.a. Ali (His sister called him this as a child))
Father of several tiefling children, including Rodani and Ash Evenhell.
Alister is a handsome man who appears to be in his early 40's. His hair is a bright red, Alister keeps it shaved on the sides and a medium swept-back length on top. Alister's eyes are stuck in a disinterested stare, even when a smile or frown crosses his lips the expression of his eyes never changes.
Alister spent his youth trying to impress his soldier turned tinker father and thus at first strove to succeed academically rather than nurture his natural talent for magic and thus attended the College of Galdor. His father, one Gregor Evenhell, would always lock himself away in his shop for days at a time and he would allow no one inside. Gregor professed to hate those with magic and Alister hid his magic from his father to not risk angering him. One day upon arriving back home from his school Alister discovered his mother's dead body and his father on top of his sister strangling her. Alister and his father fought which ended with Alister having to strangle his father to death. His father had also drawn strange demonic symbols all across their home which cursed both of the Evenhell children unknowingly for most of their lives.
After this Alister dropped out of school and began adventuring to make money to support himself and his sister. Alister's adventures would take him to the frozen continent of Ringe where he has hired to defeat a pack of rampaging monsters by a tribe of Frost Elves. When Alister found the monsters they were already dead and pecking at their desiccated corpses was an imposing figure of black flame, The Shadow Phoenix. He hid from its sight and when it left Alister found a singular ruby. Studying the gem's properties, Alister found it to have the ability to absorb ethereal energy. Using Alister confronted the Phoenix and took its power for himself.
During his travels he met several prominent figures such as Zyxus Summerrest a monk of Azmarin, Helm Shieldbiter an upcoming noble of Rrinnoroth, and the person masquerading as Myrrh Pernala.
Alister would go on to return to Vestri and while in the town of Ravenmyre, he met a tiefling woman named Lilith. He started a family with her and she gave birth to two twin girls, Rodani and Ash. They moved to the small hamlet of Ivywood where life was idyllic for a time but Alister quickly realized how small this village was and how much more he really wanted to do. After coming to terms with Ivywood not being enough, Alister attempted to convince Lilith to move their family to Galdor where there would be more opportunity, Lilith however did not agree with Alister's ambitions and the two bickered. The end result was Alister leaving and Lilith insisting the man was dead to anyone that asked.
Alister went on to move back to Galdor where he founded the A.M.E Trading Coaster. Further meetings with Helm, Meira(As Myrrh), and Zyxus saw to the eventual formation of the Elemental Convocation. Alister also had several flings with other women resulting in his family growing in the years that came.
After reuniting with Rodani in Alstrea, he met Selene Al-Talia who would become his second wife.
Alister would later come to regret his ambitions as members of the Elemental Convocation would twist his ideals to ends it wasn't meant for and when his own son, Cassian, would betray and eventually kill him.
