King Fal Brightoak, II (a.k.a. The Loved)

A King of Argon whose reign was marked by prosperity, a scholastic boom, and many reformations in favor of the common people. Fal II had a keen interest in non-magical medicine to help his people through non-magical means. During his tenure as ruler, the Fal's Infirmary was established to treat and study disease. Fal also opened A Better World, a basic learning school for all members of society to attend funded by the crown.
