Hilo Horlin

Comander Horlin is an older Gnome in his late 100's. He has white hair which is evidently receding with age. He has somewhat tired looking green eyes and a well kept bushy mustache and beard. He has a large Squarish nose and his once sharp features are softening with his sagging aging skin. Hilo Horlin is a straight to business type person. Protocal and efficiency as well as honesty are important to him. He greatly dislikes when outside forces interfere with his work. He can often be found puffing on his pipe, which he always has on hand. 
Commander Horlin has been having more issues since his captains were called away from him. All of which evidently went missing leaving him without proper underlings to manage the defenses of Westernmostwest Town and it's nearby residences.
