Eidolon: Viriluth
Cataclysm & Oblivion
After the Cataclysm, an event that destroyed All- Life, the Old Gods that had perished were reborn in a place known as Oblivion. To each possessed a fragment of Divine Source, the remnant of the All-Soul. Like moths, they gathered in bloody slaughter, consuming the Divine Source from the fallen and harnessing it's power. Deprived of their memories and original forms, they fought until there was only one; from the remains of those dead, forgotten deities, rose an immortal, wicked abomination, Goddess of Destruction, Sebut Sekt.
Shortly after her birth, Sebut Sekt fell into a torpor, known as the Walking Dream. In this somnambulant state, the undesirable parts fell from her and became the first of the Eidolons. Ancient entities with the strength of fallen deities, the Eidolon are enigmatic beings that exist against Natural Order. They hold shards of the Profane Source- a twisted. shadow-form of Divine Source.

7, EIDOLON OF PESTILENCE, INSECTS, VIRUSES & INFESTATIONS
This Eidolon appeared as one of many small groups of minor Eidolon. Viriluth was one of the few that survived Sebut Sekt's wrath. By riding inside of another Eidolon, it re- emerged later, having parasitized the host. Viriluth is an Eidolon concerned with parasitism, infecting various hosts with it's essence as it spreads new diseases and contagions. It is concerned with the growth of monstrous bacteria and the development of new Insectoids. Viriluth appears as a large crimson insect with a jagged exoskeleton. While the back of the diamond- shaped carapace is spiny and solid, the inner body is composed of dim plates that emit a faint light from within. The bodily fluids and venom glands can be seen surrounding the flexible stingers that provide it with locomotion. Tendrils and sinew wrap and snap around the body. Multiple red eyes peer from above complicated mandibles. A toxic cloud is said to surround Viriluth, poisoning any who breath it's fumes.
Behavior & Psychology
As an embodiment of pain and poison, Viriluth has a beastial mentality. It uses venomous fangs and stingers to inflict torment upon its victims. This Eidolon is known to suffer from a wound it received from the Goddess, Dumagh, which leaves it in constant agony. Viriluth's disciples are taught methods of extracting terrible poisons to use against their enemies. As it concerns mortals, Viriluth collects their souls into its form but this has never been observed.
