Ezekiel
One of very few drow who choose to live on the surface, Ezekiel numbers among the very top of The Night's Song's elite operatives; often called specters. Like many of the Song's best recruits, Ezekiel was found young and orphaned, seemingly abandoned by his people in the depths of Crucible's expansive sewer, crypt, and underground tunnel system.
Despite his youth, Ezekiel was clearly already proficient in the ways of combat; using an innate ability to blend into the shadows and strike at the opportune moment made him a shoe-in for the Night's Song recruitment. The monster-hunters took him in and gave him his name, as Ezekiel had no notion of what name he may have been given at birth, if he was given one at all. He took to the training with gusto; proving himself a downright prodigy when it came to martial arts and swordsmanship.
For centuries now, Ezekiel has been nothing short of a living weapon, having carried out some of the most daring and dangerous missions undertaken by the Night's Song since his joining. He is one of the few operatives within the organization trusted to act as a handler for the vampire Bartimaeus and was personally called upon to track down Venatrix when she absconded with the demon Amalgam still living within her head.
He was also present in three of the most pivotal battles in the leadup to The Extinction War: he fought with an allied army as they marched on Shepherd's Lair, defended the city of Sigil from the The Reckoning and the Legendary Tarrasque, and joined a small, elite group that made the final push into Eodur to confront Cataclysm himself.
Ultimately, the battle with Cataclysm would prove to be the storied elf's final battle. He, along with a handful of others, bravely stood against the greatwyrm Yolgorah to allow the rest of the adventurers to ascend the Mithral Spire and seal away Cataclysm once and for all.
