Refractium (Re-fract-e-um)
The material that made stealth against the aliens possible. It does this through one very unique property. At first glance, it appears to be just basic stainless steel, but when an electrical current is applied, it bends all light, and sound around the thing it is attached to, and either increases, or reduces its temperature to match that of its surroundings. It is the ultimate stealth material.

It starts off looking like a steel color. Silverish, vaguely reflective, but when an electrical current is applied, it seems to vanish.
Physical & Chemical Properties
It starts off basically identical to steel. When an electrical current is applied, its temperature either drops, or rises to perfectly match that of its surroundings, and it bends all light, and sound around it.
Compounds
Its base is basic titanium, but it is mixed with salvaged mechanon materials to make something entirely different.
Origin & Source
While titanium is mined from the ground below Safe Zone 1, the mechanon materials must be salvaged from any downed units from within the safe zones. Most of that salvage comes from Safe Zone 2 after the retaliation attempt.
History & Usage

It is a new creation, and has been used only in one creation, being the dark titans.
Discovery
IT was discovered by the Archangels' best R&D developer, Amanda Smith. She immediately gave her discovery to use, and used parts from all three major weapons manufacturers to make three dark titans.
Manufacturing & Products
It is used only in the manufacturing of the dark titans.
Distribution
Trade & Market
The materials is not sold, or bought, but rather supplied to the arms manufacturers, and the products made from those materials are bought from those manufacturers.
Law & Regulation
Any sue of the material other than manufacturing the dark titans is banned, and punishable by up to fifteen years in prison.

A square foot of the material is worth almost as much as a small titan at 600,000,000 because of the materials need to manufacture it.
Rarity
Only a little exists, so instead of using it to make one titan, the Archangels turned it into three smaller titans.
Color
Starts as a steel color, but becomes invisible when an electrical current is applied.
Melting / Freezing Point
It melts at 3,500 degrees Fahrenheit.
