Karalti the Black Opal Queen is a central character in The Archemi Online Chronicles series.
The only surviving Queen daughter of Usta, Matriarch of the Eyrie, Karalti is a direct descendant of the great dragon Queen Lahati and one of only a handful of Queen dragons still extant on Archemi. She is a dual Life/Darkness elemental dragon, the first Life-elemental Queen to be born since the end of the Aesari Age some 2000 years before. 
Karalti is the Bonded dragon of Hector Park. A loyal, loving, intense, tempestuous and sensual woman, she is gifted with a strong will and a drive to succeed at everything she does. Like Hector, she is not especially learned. She may even be considered naive due to her rapid growth from hatchling to young adult, combined with Hector's over-protective sheltering of her as a hatchling.
