Caer Nedo
Home of the School of the Scorpion, a collection of Blood Hunters who lean heavily into the Order of the Mutant, and are known for their alchemical skill. The school here also trades and works with the Skiff Gangs around the Massassi Desert, who bring the Blood Hunter Order alchemical materials found in and around the area in return for powerful mutagen drugs.
