Numbia
Numbia has long claimed that is the true predecessor to the Khermi Empire, and the last remaining bastion of their cultures and values. During the time of the Khermi empire, Numbia was a blossoming colony that had just begun to find its footing. During the catastrophe that ended the Khermi empire, Numbia was the last holdout, and while heavily devastated, and causing the creation of the Stinking Everglades, Numbia survived.
