Dragon's Pass
The Dragon's Pass has long lived in the legends of the entirety of Ardicil. The tales change from region to region, and each has their own story of the significance of this mountain interchange. In Saxheel and the logs of House Merexes, Dragon's Pass is the place where the Dragonborn first rose up against their Dragon masters. Those in Lys claim instead this is the spot where the first dragon eggs were laid, and that there is still a clutch of dragons that have never been seen before waiting for the right conditions to hatch. Those at the Illuminated Assembly believe it is a mix of both, but there are many secrets still left uncovered. It is said there is an order dedicated to Tiamat that guards these layers.
