South Gate
The poorest part of Tol Edwan, the area has sprung up in recent months, and is home to all manner of non-elven races. There has been a recent string of crimes, and many blame the outsiders who have taken up residence around the gates. While they may seem poor, their accommodations still look better some of the more poorer areas in other cities.
