Uturoa
Uturoa is a relatively easy going town that has been pressed down on by the thumb of The Iron Eye. The local populace tried to rise up once, but it was swiftly put down by the Bloody Baron, who now has installed himself as the tyrant over Uturoa. The town is primarily fed through fishing and by the sparse farms located nearby.
