Lightning Tower
The Lightning Tower is situated upon a series of rocky bluffs. Most of the plant life has shrunk away from the towers, leaving barren exposed rock. This is mainly due to the amount of electricity and arcane activity that occurs so close to this oddity. The Lighting Tower is supposedly home to a reclusive and powerful wizard, who has made painstakingly clear to those on his island that they do not wish to be disturbed.
The Iron Eye has attempted several times to make their presence known to the wizard, and each time they have been turned back by the wizard, thus in recent years they have given up. There are few know what the mad wizard studies in his tower, but near constant localized storms are located over the top, striking the tower with lightning regularly. There are rumors he is an outcast from the Illuminated Assembly, others believe that it is home to a dangerous ancient dragon, and fewer still think it is home to a champion of Talos, The Stormlord. Regardless of what the truth is, the resident has remained almost completely isolated from the rest of Ardicil.
