Tsilaian

Tsilaian or Thilaìtis is the native language of Tsilaio and surrounding regions, it is the most widely spoken language of the Havlic language family. It is descended from the Old Havlic dialect spoken in the capital city of Tsilaio.

Pitch Accent:

High (á)	pitch starts mid then raises to high on the accented syllable and stays high
Falling (à)	pitch drops drastically at the accented syllable then remains low
