Dreamweaver

The weaver has a mind of its own. Do not trust the lies it spins. Take from it what you need, but always remember that the chaotic presence in the crystals is not your ally.
The Dreamweaver is a powerful, magic staff, with evidence to suggest its origins date back to pre-recorded history. The Dreamweaver seems to have had multiple owners across the ages, most notably Uldrid Highmore, Arch-mage Pavatorri  and Andre of The Companions. While under Uldrid's possession, many observations were made on the staff, as it seemed to have its own sentient nature:
-Underlying wood appears to be made of the same material as the Realm Tree, only...older? Almost foreign in nature.
-Staff seems to have opinions and desires of its own. Sometimes will not obey commands given to it. Worrisome.
-Design is similar to Prometh construction. Possible housing unit after the Cataclysm? Before even? If so, what entity presides within? Refuses to name itself.
-Extraordinary power and influence. On several occasions I found myself uttering unfamiliar phrases or walking to unknown destinations. Who wields who, I wonder?
-Sometimes interjects telepathically. Claims to be able to grant wishes. Got facial hair. Always wanted a beard. Doubly worrisome.
-Sometimes it smells of ash and darkness.
While its clear the Dreamweaver grows dangerously influential over its wielder, it boasts an extreme amount of magical power...and a omnious history. The staff is currently in Andre Stoneshaper's possession, though he has been missing from his home in Crescentia for some time.
