The Kindling Begins

Following the return of Nex after his banishment to the Void for 1,000 years, Nex begins a ritual known as the Kindling. While the adventuring party known as the Companions attempted to stop it in the following days since Nex's enactment, the Kindling worked to burn the living things of Arkos as fuel for the creation of a new realm under Nex's control. THe beginning of the Kindling also marked the death of Emperor Lunin at the hands of Nex.
