Whining Bluff
Whining Bluff is a small settlement on Arvor's southern seaside cliffs. Like many small settlements, many people of Whining Bluff work in agriculture, but historically the hamlet's largest export is salt. Following a tragic accident in 1599, the salt mine was closed and sold to the Arvor Historical Society. With the mine's closure, the city's population dwindled.
The current steward is Baron Nicolai Salzmann.
