Entirely Konshi.

Government

The town is in the Boar region of Kondai and pays regular taxes to the shogunate in order to maintain infrastructure.

Defences

Like many towns in Kondai, Yumeoka is not in need of physical protection, but pays respects to a local Yōkai in order to receive spiritual protection from malevolent outsiders. In the case of Yumeoka, their local spirit is the Baku.

Miko's Masonry

The workshop of a female konshi stonemason named Aman Miko, known for her knowledge of foreign runes and glyphs.

The ruins of Kemi Tower

An old tower that burned down after being visited by a destructive Yōkai.

The Stormspire

A spire of polished agate, engraved with columns of strange runes. Each time the spire is struck by lightning, it vanishes for exactly nine hours. Each time it returns, some of the runes have changed.
