Blacklands
The Blacklands is taken up largely by salt-marsh, swamp, and bog. The creatures that enhabit the region are so dangerous, and the resources so limited, that the whole area has been decreed a forbidden region by the Council.
Only Mageguard and a few members of the prospectors guild are allowed there.
