Public Agenda

The public agenda of the Novus Council consists primarily of the widespread development, construction and distribution of synthetically fabricated fiend patrons, also known as Novus Demons.

History

The Novus Council was founded in 180 AF, shortly after The Great Abandonment, an event of unknown origin that caused all fiends, demons and devils alike, to completely and utterly abandon the world of Aspicientis, cease all communications with the creatures on the material plane and break all patron contracts. The Council was founded with the purpose to fill the void let by the otherworldly beings which Aspicientis relied upon at that age.
