The Plateau

Known simply as "The Plateau", this is an area of relatively level high ground that is central to The Lowlands. It is a peaceful place that is unburdened by the Shards of Aegon and their influence, abundant in little more than dense shrubs, trees, minerals and fresh water, it is an isolated area of little value or interest to the neighboring resurgent peoples of Astara. The only inhabited settlement here existed long before the calamity: the ruins of an old Bastion
