The Claston Autocracy
The Claston Autocracy is a nation that was established by goblins. While it was hard for other nations to believe that was once a monster trying to become civilized had to lead them to a new country being made on a rather inhabitable land. Many stories circulate to even now to how the goblins had existed and were treated as monsters but three goblin gods lead to the present day. Ever since then, the goblinoids have been living on these lands getting onto their own shenanigans that somehow lead to officially becoming apart of the military.
The Claston Family
The family is primarily made up of hobgoblins and can be found at the capital, Grolangor. The name 'Claston' originated from the three goblin gods; the god Claston was someone that kept getting stronger and adapted from a goblin to a hobgoblin, to an Apostle Lord but was betrayed by his own people and started the first devastation, Claston's Wrath, that happens to be the magical Highstorm that rampages Dytrae every year. The family has existed for three generations and established itself as a nation based on military might; their most notable features of the family are the small horns that Apostle Lords once had.Structure
King
The King is the one that controls the land and the subjects mostly in regard to territory in war. Most through the lineage of Claston, it was said that only the strongest amongst brothers were able to lead the rest of goblin-kin.Queen
The Queen was someone that would take after the old god Thonveshea, one who brought along merits to help unite goblinoids. They are not directly apart of any lineage but chosen from the council through peer reviews and a talent show. Once a female goblin wins, they are wed to the King Claston as a tradition to show that the people still care for the gods that once walked this planet and would not be here without them. History
The country was made after a traveling band of goblinoids sought to return to the home that was devastated from betraying one of their gods. The group heard that the land was becoming more hospitable as the devastations were dying down. When the group arrived, the hobgoblins performed a ritual that would help ease any further devastation for them to live here. These hobgoblins lead the civilization of the country with the rise of the royal family, Claston. Since then, they established themselves into the base and into the mountains forming complex underground networks.
