Automatic Writing Planchette

This finely crafted wooden board, "borrowed" from the Museum of the Occult aids Axel Webb in his Automatic Writing occult ability.

Properties

The planchette scribbles out mysterious messages to grant a +2 bonus on Linguistics checks when using the automatic writing skill (DC 20 for Augury, DC 30 for Divination) and a +4 Linguistics bonus to decipher the cryptic messages of haunts. The board also allows doubles the rate of communication with haunts, provided the haunts are able to communicate to begin with.
