Occult Scroll Case
Gifted to Axel Webb by his boss, Muriel Caine, this scroll case with the Arkham Caine Museum of the Occult official seal can hold up to four scrolls. It is used by Axel as his Conjuration Implement.
Properties
By order of City Hall, museum containers for transporting prohibited occult items must only be openable by approved individuals to prevent theft of illicit magical materials. In the case of this scroll case, Muriel extended the magical access so to also grant Axel permissions. Mechanically the case effectively has an Arcane Lock protection.
