Olpu Swamp
An old swamp located north east of The Sheltered Plains and east of The Northern Forest.
Almost all areas of the swamp are laden with water that reaches up to ones knees. It is filled with insects of various kinds as well as dangerous creatures known as Swamp Sharks.
It is said that a swamp hag lives somewhere in this swamp.
Sane people usually avoid this area.
It is rumoured that a Basilisk is lurking here.
Fauna & Flora
One of the notable creatures living here is the Swamp Shark.
Other creatures that can be expected here are various types of snakes and crocodiles, Bloodflies, Ogres and various blood sucking insects. Useful plants that prefer wet areas are more commonly found here, such as the Blue Bell or the Black Lotus among many others. Mandrakes have also been spotted here.
Swamp Weed grows here too and is sometimes harvested by some brave people trying to make money by selling it.
