Gnoll

Gnoll is the language of gnolls and flinds. The language is not a complete one, only able to communicate basic concepts. It consists of cackling, howling, and whining sounds and often relies on gestures and facial expressions. Such words are mixed with a broken version of the Abyssal language, allowing the leaders among them to communicate more complex thoughts.
Gnoll is sometimes spoken as a second language by creatures that dwell near war bands: bugbears, elves, goblins, lizardfolk, orcs, or half-orcs.

Writing System

Gnoll has no true script or written form, but some gnolls are shrewd enough to write in Abyssal.
