Yu Xiuying

Xiuying is a minor character in Deicide and a playable character in Wraiths. She is a Yuanjia human born under Metus's season, and is the mother of Fang (with Akio) and Lan (with unknown). As the wealthiest woman in Yuanlin, she is the Tradequeen, giving her executive power over the ruling council and the personal advisory of Metus.

Notes

She deeply trusted the other Wraiths before the Great Tragedy led to her child being experimented on and going missing, which caused her to Conflict and close the borders to Yuanlin in her spite, promising death to any Akagawans who crossed it before her child was returned.
She has a keen business sense and is clever when detecting plots among other council members, leading to her staying in power longer than any other Tradelord in Yuanlin history.
In Chinese, 秀英 (xiùyīng) means flower; brave; hero.
