Clan Tarbagan
Clan Tarbagan is one of the five great hobgoblin clans of the Hobgoblin Khanate of southern Tarteria. Clan Tarbagan holds the lands of Meenakhan, located in the western region of the Shamikhan Wilds.
Description
Clan Tarbagan holds the lands surrounding Meenakhan. The clan is wide-ranging and encompasses several family lines and the Clan Tarbagan legion. Clan Tarbagan control this area of the khanate and much food and resources are gathered from the Orkhon River and the fields and forests of the region. Though the river often floods as the lake to the north swells in spring, the waters stop the spread of the wild Baruun Forest to the city’s north. In Meenakhan, the brave archers of the Tarbagan Legion hunt and forage in the wild forest, often drawing bow against the drow of Veldrinus and the aarakocra of Mount Huma that do the same. Khan Shenkak stands vigilant against these threats. Strong and silent, he stays calm in the face of aggression and furthers his plans to protect his clan and the city of Meenakhan. Though often in the tactician role to ensure the following of strategy, his axe and shield earned him his title in battle, a task which he excels at.Notable People

Historic People
- Grand Khan Drack: Drack was a khan of Clan Tarbagan and grand khan of the khanate at the end of the Fourth Age and beginning of the Fifth Age. He was shipwrecked and lost in the southern Drackhan Tundra.
