Lt. Decimus Avitus Licinius
Little is known about Grand Admiral Prawn's second in command. He looks to be a mild-mannered, quiet humanoid who speaks very little and shows even less emotion on his face. However, all his subordinates and others in the hierarchy of the Iron Navy are completely intimidated by him, if not downright afraid. To hear them tell it, he is more ruthless than his superior and more violent, doing the dirtiest of jobs at the command of Prawn and seemingly enjoying it. Prawn's thirst for power and quick rise in the ranks of the Iron Dominion is, in part, thanks to the actions of Lt. Licinius and his ability to make rivals give up or disappear entirely.
