Seng Cheng

Seng Cheng, aslo called "The Imperial City", or "The Hidden City". Is the Captial of the Dread Empire.
It is called the Hidden City due to the fact that no foreigner is allowed to enter Alantris besides the designated Trade Cities, that string along the continents northern coasts. Therefore, no modern Tremalking Map has an accurate location for the Captial of the Shin.
