Rictavio
A Half-Elf bard who has a flair for the dramatics and an eye of ostentatious clothing. Rictavio is the kind of person who clashes against the average mood and dress of other Barovians. You first met Rictavio when he came to your defense after getting accosted by the town guard for being out after curfew. He also seems to be a regular at the Blue Water Inn as Danika Martikov and him seemed to be quite friendly with each other.
After seeing the notes that Ireena took after your last update to her, he grew suspicious and ended up having Ireena contact you. After asking several questions, Rictavio determined that Isabelle, the werewolf was infected with Lycanthropy and instructed you to kill her before she transformed. It seems that Rictavio may have more experience than puppetry and carnival running.
