H₂Woah was a minor villain around the beginning of the new twenties who caused havoc along the Bathala City coastline, using his powers to rob ships in the Seafaring district and terrorize local businesses. However, his low intelligence and lack of long-term planning meant he was easily outsmarted by law enforcement and, with the help of Suplex, he was easily taken down. After a series of defeats, he went underground, avoiding the spotlight and working as a hired muscle for more intelligent villains.
