2nd oldest son

The second oldest of the "The Children"  has been described as much smarter than eldest son focusing more on the science of things where his brother focused on social graces. There is evidence he might even be the mind behind Slappers. 
From Eric's video recordings there was evidence of tensions between him and his older brother. He wanted to hire a technician to attempt to recover the security tape data that had been wiped and suspected more saboteurs than the one they captured. He also felt they were drawing too much attention to themselves and should perhaps consolidate their power, both suggestions his brother ignored completely.   While his brother obsessed on the arena and the chaotic emotions experienced within, the second oldest took it upon himself to make a hasty exit. His current whereabouts and plans are unknown. After the raid on Club Paradise an encrypted journal was found that might give a clue to assist in discovering these answers.
