Encrypted Journal

One of the spoils of the infiltration of Club Paradise was a lab journal found by Erem Scathac. It is largely written in a foreign language and in code but if someone with language skills were to attempt to decode it they might discover the secrets within. It was turned over to the possession of Professor James Short.
