A New York bar & restaurant with outdoor seating options. It was a renovated condemned building. It has become a popular haunt of local college students as it provides comfortable space to hangout and perform. The owner has weekly karaoke and has even setup events supporting the arts. It is not uncommon for one week to have a craft market, the next art festival with the following being local bands performing. The large rose structure was a collaborative art project of multiple schools to send thanks for the support.

Nick Valentine to discuss a plan. Upon arrival of
